밴쿠버 권의 도시 Coquitlam 도심에서 북동쪽으로 20여 km 지점에 있는 공원.

이 공원은 Metro Vancouver Regional District 에서 1992년에 공원으로 지정한 후, 생태계 보존을 위하여 33년간 일반인에게 개방을 하지 않다가, 2025년 11월 1일자로 일반인에게도 개방을 하였다. 621 hectares (6.21 square kilometres) 크기의 이 공원의 3분의 2는 습지로 구성되어 있어, 100여 종의 야생 조류와 곰, 쿠거, 사슴 등 동물들의 주요 서식지이다.
